What's it like to be a Polar Explorer?

The children have had a fun packed day today learning all about being an explorer in Antarctica.  Over this half term, the children will be learning all about the South Pole. They will be looking at the animals that live there such as penguins, seals and whales as well as learning about famous explorers who have visited Antarctica such as Captain Scott.

An overview of all the fantastic learning we will doing this half term will be coming out to you shortly, along with a homework grid. Please encourage your children to choose at least 3 mini projects from this grid. We love seeing all of the home learning and thank you for your continued support.
